The former generations believed according to their culture and the surrounding environment. However, the current generation is more advanced in terms of life styles, customs and traditions. The ancient articles seem to be of no use to the present age; and there’s a danger that it may only turn to be a history in due time. However, originality yields to all happiness with respect to our culture. Asili asilia, stands as an associate to all who are aware of our African ‘royal’ mode of life so as to incarnate the same spirit to others with the prime aim to revive what existed formally, modify and use it to shape the modern life, through innovative and creative minds. We ought to stand as ,strong foundation; considering the valuable past experiences, to improve the present generation.
It only began as a minute –idea, before Richard Sheim; the founder of Asili Asilia decided to put it into reality. Our ancestors were not wrong when they said “UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL”, so did Richard find it wise to involve some of his friends to work with together with sincerity and determination, blessed with creative and innovative minds, as they constituted a five member group; Richard Sheim, Joel Nyenyembe, Rodgers Richard, Chrispine Lwekaza and Fabian Mkondo. With belief and hope of success, they agreed to work together so as to make the young stars…… shine high.
Regardless of sex or age, Asili Asilia aims to inform, educate and entertain as it is bound in cultural scope particularly. Forgetting not about sports, politics and more beautiful things, Asili Asilia offers a chance for its supporters to share views and ideas, comment on whatever detail provided from us.
You will get to know more about African culture, norms and traditions; language (literature), arts and tourism, food, extravagant traditional dances and that Africans are proud of.
With determined, innovative and creative experts, no wonder will Asili Asilia propel various entertainment facilities; songs, movies, comics, literature articles and fascinating cartoon fields.
