The great question in our minds today in the third world countries in Africa is the need for development. The development, in our spheres of life generally. However this goal has faced the most strongest of adversaries in our time with corruption being driving engine to laziness, tribalism, external influence just to mention a few. Below are pieces of facts on corruption:
Corruption is a known anthem to many, but just for a definition corruption is the robber of justice, accuser of the innocent and prophet of lies. Corruption in the contemporary society has taken new forms new methodologies of pulling the wealth of the nation(s) mostly African nation(s) into the hands of the privileged minority. Corruption in this view is sourced by the initial efforts of the society in electing leaders at their present demand without considering returns of such proposals in future. Unfortunately the depths of corruption are in the hearts of individuals themselves. Even the poets of our times have written its causes as follows:
1. Bureaucracy,
The chain of command,
As series of steps for one to follow,
May be simpler when some are swallowed.
2.Scarcity of the essential s of life,
That are to be given to the mass,
like services of justice and health,
But the claws of the privileged few are on the reap
3.The minute pays of the workers,
Whose lives are on misery and pain,
And to whom the insecure funds are entrusted,
A pure need and a fall in temptation.
4.The appointment of the national leaders,
Leaders made on the basis of wealth,
Like in the old English parliament,
They mostly explore favors for their kinsmen.
5.An inborn character of men,
With their souls governed by greed,
In need of more power and wealth,
With no remorse for the weak and poor.
6.The decline of political will,
Where men are governed by laziness,
And weakening the government organs,
To a far extent of harming the public.

The above is food for thought for everyone to think about and contemplate. Hear-see some of the consequences of not punishing bribery, nepotism, drafting and favoritism rather embracing them.
A parent with a matrix of dependants in the family finds a new hope and courage in smuggling and theft, yes in all illegal tenders you can call just because of nepotism and favoritism done by employers in the companies, he induces and portrays himself being cursed that he is not a 'Chagga' instead like the tribe class of employers to where he goes to seek job employment.
A girl forced to surrender her virginity just to be hired in order to help her family develop economically, she is caught in between saving her job or been kicked out and ending up poor. She is offered sex proposals for acquisition of position in a company henceforth breaking the bonds of marriage to her husband thus committing adultery.
Egoism reaching to its climax has demonized the innocents in government coupling waves of lust to every civil worker; impassionate desire to develop the mass of special groups in the society and most of all guiltful thought of accumulating all natural resources not sustainably considering the future of the unborn in wombs of their mothers that they will have a horrible beginning to infinity. Once conceived perhaps when they'll grow up to finding such society, they would inquisitively ask to go back into their mothers' womb. But should not be the case.
Corruption has massacred the inheritance left behind by the nationalist who fought for the betterment of present generation. If it were for Nyerere our father, Kwame Nkrumah the lion of Africa and Mandela the Wiseman of Afrikaners being here to witness such massacre, they would have inquired the LORD GOD for judgment. The inheritance they passed on were freedom, love, ethnicity, patience, untimidity and most of all anticipation for development of future generation which is now lost onto crooked master named corruption.
Giving up is not a welcoming answer to a patriotic heart, but engineering ways, doctoring gap and marketing ideas would recover the treasure and awakening a new hope as follows;
Considerate evaluation and future optimism should be a welcomed guests in actions of public society of electing leaders into government vacancies to avoid absolutism that might be a mother of all corruptive arms in a democratic society. Election of government leaders not by virtual of their wealth but willingness of bringing changes from their hearts.
The republic government in power taking its stand in waging civil servants sufficiently in order to control the lust and desire that might emerge due to low insufficient payments as stumbling block to their goals, thus they will find avenue to bribery, nepotism, embezzlements and misappropriations of fund at government level.
Government entrustment of full power to women's association that fight for women rights such as the Tanzanian Women Lawyers Association, that will give more chances to women acquisition of job opportunities without any form of corruption thus controlling corruption.
Patriotic civil education in government newspapers, journals and other documentaries should be provided not only to urban areas but to rural areas mostly in order to curb the ignorance of being cheated by politicians' false promises and bribe in gaining popularity thus the society would take an evolutionary steps into heavens on earth while still on earth.
Limiting the chances of bureaucratic procedures in public procurement sector; Bureaucracy in public procurement sector creates lopsided service provision for corruption in forms of bribe taking place as a customer is in need of his services been rendered fast, by avoiding such bureaucracy sites of corruption will be a little historical.
Hon. Judge Warioba's commission on investigation of corruption activism in Tanzania pointed out scarcity of necessities economically called economic goods being one of the causes of corruption. This being the case the should unlock gates of public utility deliverance from Non-Governmental Organization this will give them more chance to locally provide such utilities to the public through rationing actions instead of welcoming multiple foreigner investments interplay in the economy thus combating corruption.
Most of all public and self morality is a strongest weapon in fighting enemy corruption. Ancient philosophers like Socrates, Plato and Aristotle postulated that "Uncorrupted society is guided by morality as master in codes of ethics. Fight against corruption is initially in the spirits of we, humans not being ready to receive nor give corruption neither being led by a corruptive government, so initial spiritual attempts are the strongest weapons to curb corruption crisis.
Time is rushing and development is still a dream, it's time for us to take a stand and be courageous enough to grab our weapons to war against corruption with cooperation we can make development a reality.
